Dipisha Bhujel


     Dipisha Bhujel is a young social entrepreneur and social activist from Rasuwa, Nepal. She is pursuing her bachelor’s in psychology at Padma Kanya Campus. She is currently working as a board member at NePals Dynamic Groups and as a project leads for Nepal at NIDISI, a German-Nepalese NGO, where they are working together in developing biodegradable sanitary pads using banana fibers and equipment, manufactured in Nepal itself with the help of self-developed techniques to provide an approach towards solving the current issue of period poverty through an ecological innovation in Nepal.


    Since the age of 13, she has been working closely in organizations like the Canadian Red Cross, Jagriti Child and Youth Concern Nepal, National Youth Council, SDGs Studio, Ujyalo foundation, and Visible Impact in the field of women empowerment, gender equality, and menstruation.
